Kieran is an Irish-Australian writer and filmmaker. He is best known for his movie, ‘Puppy’, a deliciously dark and funny addition to the captive psychodrama genre. He also wrote the very disturbing and nauseating fat-admiration movie ‘Feed’ for director Brett Leonard (Virtuosity, Highlander – The Source).
His short stories have been published in various print and online magazines, including Overland and Outrage. His early short films screened at over one hundred and fifty international film festivals.
He has traveled widely and lived for extended periods in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, the UK, and the Netherlands. He’s also worked and lived throughout the Middle East; in Jordan, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
He is currently developing a slate of films and completing his second novel.
